Q: Hi Allen, We will arrive there at midnight on December 20th and have to stay at the airport because of our friends. So we will spend maybe the whole night there. We think we can catch this tour next morning(21st). Do you have any good suggestion? Thank you very much.

2008-11-16 22:31:16 Hi S.H.: The tour will leaving from Los Angeles Area around 8:45 in the morning on Dec 21th. You can take taxi to one of our pick up location. The nearest pick up location to Airport is Best Western, 18880 Gale Ave, Rowland Heights, CA. Or we can arrange the airport transfer on 20th, You will stay at BestWestern on the night 20th. The next day wait for our tour coach bus at 8:45am. If you need addtional service from us, The first option: We send Tour Guide pick your group from LAX on 21th in the morning around 7:00am. If your group have two or under two, the transfer fee will be $80 flat rate The second option: Our Tour Guide pick your group on 20th, transfer to the hotel Bestwestern. If your group have two or under two, the transfer fee will be $100. Beswestern Hotel one night rate will be $80--$100 for two. Those are two options what we recommened. There will be about 3 to 4 stops, including the trip to take our the helicopter ride. The helicopter will not be stopping. It is a 20-30 minute non stop helicopter ride acroos the Grand Canyon. Currently, we don't have any affiliated hotels to offer you in Grand Canyon. If are interested and we are able to find someone that also would like to share room with you, we will refund to you the difference. You will have to book a single occupancy reservation first, because we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find someone to share your room on tour.
